The most famous TIKI BAR of all time is for sale which use to be called PSYCHO SUZI'S in the great state of Minnesota.

  Fascinating real estate history is for sale in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the former  Psycho Suzi's .  How many of you have watched the Vikings on Monday Night Football and they always show this view of this Minnesota Bridge as viewed from Psycho Suzi's? Countless times. Now the interior is Tiki style and the one bar inside (there are several) has this iconic neon sign above it.  There are the iconic outdoor patio seating areas and here  and one more  Now for more of the dining interiors  and dining and bar area  here  and here The property is huge, 15,000 square feet. The menu's for the restaurant and bar were creative and unique including the deep fried candy bar  and the special Christmas drinks called A Punch in the Boob from Drunk Uncle Glen.  and Jingle Balls which was an Xmas tree ornament filled with booze.  Now the Tiki drinks were cool too. Knot There for sale in Ocean City, Maryland should be purchased and renamed THE SEXY PUERCO!

  The restaurant KNOT THERE is for  sale  in Ocean City, Maryland. That's 21,420 square feet of space which is a lot. There have been a lot of different restaurants here including KY WEST 4.0 rating on yelp TEQUILA FROGS 3.3 rating on yelp, YANGS PALACE no rating on yelp, and CHARLIE CHIANG'S RESTAURANT ASIAN AND CHINESE. 1.5 rating on yelp. It looks like it has an excellent location and also parking, underground parking it appears, which is nice so your car does not get all hot. Now I have some photos of the food from each place accept for the two Chinese restaurants which did not have photos of food and KNOT THERE which had no food photos or reviews. Now Ky West had the most attractive seafood photos such as Lobster Pot Pie  and Fried Green Tomatoes and Crab Napoleon  and fried oysters  Now TEQUILA FROGS served black beans which disturbingly looked like the moose and deer droppings I passed hiking on the Bear River trail this morning. The Rock Inn owned by actor Paul Koslo is for sale in Lake Hughes California

  The Rock Inn is listed for  sale  here and listed for  sale  here and listed for  sale  here. This is a very successful restaurant and B&B owned by the Koslo family. Paul Koslo who passed away in 2019 purchased the place in 1975 and it is still in operation and has good reviews on Yelp and Tripadvisor. It is made completely of River Rock. Check out some of these photos of the interior. Here is a picture of the bar in the restaurant. Here is a wide shot of the interior restaurant.  Looking at some dining booths in the Rock Inn as well as the pool table. Notice the wooden floors. Here is a photo of the musical stage where a band or singer can entertain the guests.  Notice the piano to the right.
