A New Star Trek themed restaurant that will surpass all before it, which have come and gone, to boldly go where no restaurant has gone before.........

Above is the photo of the now out of business Star Trek Themed restaurant located in Italy, Texas called Starship Pegasus.   Here at this link is a list of Star Trek restaurants that have come and gone like the Dodo.  Star Trek Themed Restaurants . Actually there might be a couple still afloat out there.  Now for the new idea. Instead of focusing on a ship shaped building or an interior that looks like the ships interior with all the blinking lights, paraphernalia,  and photos of solar systems yada, yada, yada, I propose the restaurant be based on one episode of Star Trek: The Gamesters of Triskelion. The new restaurant would be called: THE CHICKEN WINGS AND DANCE CLUB OF TRISKELION.  Here is the photo of the logo along with your Table Thrall (waitress) for the restaurant but replace the spear with her holding a beautiful plate of tantalizing chicken wings. The New Coffin Comic Book Themed Bar and Restaurant idea in Phoenix Arizona.

  Sometimes a very successful restaurant that seems to have been in business forever eventually closes due to a catastrophic event like Covid-19. This happened to a Phoenix restaurant called  Tommy's Place  which is for sale now.   It served high quality Italian food and most reviews on Yelp were very favorable.  It would be crazy to replace it with a restaurant with the same cuisine because it would always be compared to Tommy's.           Now Tommy's was a bar and restaurant with balcony seating and it has a lot of character I got inspired for this post looking at this Haunted Themed bar restaurant menu for food and drinks located in Portland, Oregon called  Raven's Manor . The drinks are expensive but the place is packed all the time because the drinks look so cool. One drink called "The Elder God" costs $75.00 by itself but check out this photo of it  The Elder God . The Gray Cliff Lodge Restaurant is for sale in Ogden, Utah

And this photo: The Gray Cliff Lodge in Ogden, Utah is for  sale  It looks pretty cool and has a great location.  It is located in a canyon not far from Ogden, Utah officially.  and this one.  and a close up aerial photo of the restaurant.  It's fairly good sized. Now let's check the interior.  and  and one more  There is a cool looking old bar in the ski museum area  and here is another angle of it. (notice the ski's)  and I am tempted for one more shot of the bar area.  Now photos of the kitchen and freezers and walk in's and beginning at the dishwashing area  and the kitchen  and then a porta fridge or freezer  and another part of the kitchen  The price is listed at $979,000 but that is probably negotiable since it is being sold "as is". The square footage of the place is 6,504 square feet. The place has a lot of history and character to it and was in business for a very long time. Tad's Chicken 'N Dumplins for sale in Troutdale, OR

Historic Tad's Chicken and Dumplins for sale in Troutdale Oregon. See link:  Tad's Chicken 'n Dumpling's for sale  and  Tad's Chicken and Dumplin for sale  Now the exterior of the building features the Historic Register sign below. There is a video of the restaurant being explored by a guy on youtube after it was closed down. The owner let him video the inside of the restaurant. Check it out.  Kind of interesting and I wish the lighting had been better. Reading reviews on Yelp and Trip Advisor the quality of the food had been going downhill. I wanted to eat there but other people kept telling me they had gone and wish they never had. Regardless the restaurant has historic significance and should be carried on as Tad's or the new owner could start his own name, food offerings, etc. I still think they should go with the chicken and dumplins but using this recipe instead of the football sized dumplins.  Now photos of the interior starting with the cool looking bar
