  Tiki Lee's Dock Bar is for  sale  and it is also listed  here.     Currently the asking price is for a whopping 4.9 million. I think that is a little high because as I fasted and prayed to God for guidance and I was breaking my fast cooking a tortilla, a message from God appeared on the tortilla, like on a post it note saying, "The 4.9 million was too damn high." Now you can argue with me, but you can't argue with God, or his tortilla post it note, and he does communicate in mysterious ways, this time through the cooking of a tortilla. Praise be his name.............I will now give the pros and cons for the purchase of this property. Let's start with the Pro's 1.When the property first opened at the end of  2018 it got some pretty good  reviews They even compared this place to a very popular and similar style property in Ocean City, Maryland called  Seacrets . Mama Por Dios Mexican Bistro and Day Club for  sale .   My Dad always said that a restaurant with the word Bistro in it would always be high priced and terrible. As I reflected on that statement and read the  Yelp Reviews & Photos  I began to see that Dad was a prophet. What we have here is a beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere completely made void by bad food and service. Guess what? I've got a fever and the only prescription is more Sugar skulls. I said more Sugar Skulls! I was looking at the interior of  Tipsy Taco in Scarsdale, New York and here  Tipsy Taco you can see the importance of more sugar skulls on the ceiling, on the walls, and the employees..... Now that I got that off my chest we shall now turn to the food. The most famous TIKI BAR of all time is for sale which use to be called PSYCHO SUZI'S in the great state of Minnesota.

  Fascinating real estate history is for sale in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the former  Psycho Suzi's .  How many of you have watched the Vikings on Monday Night Football and they always show this view of this Minnesota Bridge as viewed from Psycho Suzi's? Countless times. Now the interior is Tiki style and the one bar inside (there are several) has this iconic neon sign above it.  There are the iconic outdoor patio seating areas and here  and one more  Now for more of the dining interiors  and dining and bar area  here  and here The property is huge, 15,000 square feet.
