Newcomb's Ranch Roadhouse for sale

EATER, LOS ANGELES stated: " Ever pass by the busy roadhouse along Angeles Crest Highway and wonder what it would be like to own it? This is the  chance for anyone willing to fork  over $8.5 million to take stewardship of this historic property, which  first opened in 1939 . Over the years it’s become quite a complex with a cabin for staff, main building with a full restaurant space, two bars, and retail, plus six guest rooms and two bathrooms. The former restaurant, hotel, gas station, and brothel was a major stop for travelers going through Angeles National Forest and has been closed since March 2020 due to the pandemic." This article was back on June 25th of 2001, Here is a current for sale link and the price has gone down quite a bit:  Newcomb's Ranch Roadhouse .  The Restaurant looks homey on the inside and I am sure it has seen a lot of use.  I kind of like the interior.  The menu probably consisted of comfort food such as burgers, chicken, steaks, french fries, a

My new restaurant idea for one featuring Turkish Cuisine and a movie miniplex.

Wait for it! Portland, Oregon should have a new Turkish Restaurant with a mini movie theater like  Movie Madness Mini Plex  The restaurant would shows Turkish films with English subtitles or even American/European films that have been filmed in Turkey. The theater would be separate from the main dining room where people would eat but the idea it to show Turkish culture via cinema and dining. The dining room would have posters of the various Turkish movie stars like the beautiful Cerena Hindistan as seen below who has the bluest and most hypnotic eyes. Just that photo alone gives me cravings.......for Turkish cuisine like Manti (Turkish Ravioli), Doner Kebabs, Chicken Adana Iskender, Spicy Lamb, Chicken Perzola, Baked Okra , Kovan Kavurma , Shepherd Salad  and more. Because the food is considered Med iterranean it is much more healthier to eat.  Why Hollywood has not put Ceren in a film here in the States is mind boggling! She speaks English, French, and Turkish so it's win, win,
