The Ultimate Restaurant Idea

  Mosaic is for sale in Scottsdale and it needs to rise from the ashes like the Phoenix.  Mosaic is for sale in Scottsdale I'm so poetic..... I see enormous potential for a themed restaurant in this vacant place. First of all we get rid of the name Mosaic. It is far to pretentious and obnoxious. I would call the place MIRAGE. The space has flexibility with two different outdoor dining patios with desert views. Looking out into the desert in the scorching heat you could probably see a mirage, or El Chupacabra or a pit-bull mating with a Gila Monster..... The inside is very vanilla for an upscale restaurant.  The idea of carpet in a dining room, especially an ugly carpet like this, is so insane to me. I guess they think it is romantic to see the vomit stain from some drunk customer that couldn't handle drinking a $500.00 glass of wine with the beanie-weanie appetizer or whatever...... Beautiful vacant restaurant space for sale in Tempe. Formerly called the WATERSHED. Most food reviews on Yelp and Tripadvisor pretty much said the food and service was lousy and no rotten good but the restaurant interior and lake views were fantastic!  Now this beauty is for sale  5250-S-Lakeshore-Dr-Tempe-AZ/28141751/  Has lots of outdoor seating as well as you can see from the top photo above. I would rename the restaurant FROGG STYLE to capitalize on the new featured cuisine which would be Frog Legs. Women need to listen up, I am gonna use the "P" word which means Potassium. Frogs legs have it and so does a dessert called Bananas Foster which also satisifies a woman's natural affinity for pyromania.... What can I say. Five Giant Palm trees and a generic looking building and you have restaurant heaven in Apache Junction, Arizona.  Taradiddles Restaurant for sale   It use to be called the Cowboy Up Steakhouse and Saloon which reminded me of a Calendar I saw with a pretty girl on it with the same name minus steakhouse and saloon.... I really fixate on those palm trees because they sort of remind me of the Big W featured in the film, IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD    THE BIG W and the potential is here for a really cool restaurant. In fact I would transplant the middle palm tree elsewhere then bend the two to make the perfect W in a tribute to the film. Instead of $350,000 cash, the golden memories of great Argentine cuisine at EL JAGUAR. Lots of outdoor seating when the weather is tolerant and would be handy if covid-19 strikes again.
