LeRoy's Blue Whale is for sale in Yachats (pronounced YA-HOTS), Oregon known as "THE GEM OF THE OREGON COAST"  LeRoys Blue Whale Restaurant for sale in Yachats.  and is listed here off and on too  LeRoy's Blue Whale in Yachats.  This is a perfect restaurant to acquire because it has a terrific location on Hwy 101 so all the traffic has to pass by close to the restaurant. The building seems to be in a better state of repair and seems better maintained then the other restaurants in town. Perhaps it is a younger building. Regardless I have eaten at this restaurant several times and I would equate it equal or slightly better then a PIG AND PANCAKE. Currently the restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it's mission is to be a more affordable restaurant with not only seafood offerings but everything else like burgers, steaks, chicken, fries, eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, salads, etc. Let's look inside the restaurant. Edwardo's Pizzeria is for sale in Superior Arizona and should be purchased and renamed as RIGHTEOUS PIZZA

Edwardo's Pizzeria is for sale in Superior, Arizona.  Edwardo's for sale  and it is listed here for sale as well on Crexi  Edwardo's for sale . Now I am thinking Superior still needs a good pizza restaurant and I got the idea for this watching the film VIOLET & DAISY  starring Saoirse Ronan and Alexis Bledel who play young teenage assassins that dress up like Nuns to deliver  a pizza called RIGHTEOUS PIZZA in order to kill the man they are paid to assassinate. I am thinking the restaurant needs the name Righteous Pizza with waitresses dressed like Nuns who wear pizza necklaces like above rather then the cross and the waiters dressed like Monks. It would be a nice safety feature because there would be less chance of finding hair on your pizza. Also the pizza needs to be served on shiny gold plates. That way you show you are accepting of all denominations to dine and you could say, "Welcome Mormons, we have the gold plates and you are welcome to eat off them" ...

The Barmacy in Superior Arizona needs a new cuisine, a new name "LEBANESE NIGHTS", and an identity.

  The Barmacy in Superior Arizona is for  SALE .  It has some unique possibilities. It was a bar restaurant that went bust but the restaurant looks good as well as the outside courtyard.  The interior looks nice I think with the old west swinging doors and a couple of mannquin cowboys above. The bar and dining area looks very nice here and here.  and this angle looks pretty good too.  and one more  Now my idea is for this restaurant to be serving Lebanese cuisine because I read that Superior, AZ had an influx of Lebanese residents. Lebanese food is one of the healthiest of all cuisines and it tastes good too. So the menu would be serving the Lebanese national dish Kibbeh which consists of pounding bulgur wheat together with meat into a fine paste and forming it into ovoid shapes, with toasted pine nuts and spices as seen below: The next excellent item is Lebanese style Crispy Fried  Chicken Wings as seen below.  Lebanese Crispy Fried Chicken ...

Rebel Ranch is for sale in Cave Creek Arizona and should be rebranded as THE BODACIOUS ALLIGATOR "HOME OF THE GATOR GIRLS"

  They say that all the restaurants that have operated out 6705 E. Cave Creek in Cave Creek Arizona are cursed and have gone out of business. After reviewing the reviews on YELP for each restaurant it had nothing to do with a curse and a lot more to do with lousy customer service and lousy food. They use to hold a Sunday rodeo in the arena out back but only one day to draw people in for that probably did not really entice anyone to come on a non rodeo day. The rodeo arena and accessories need scrapped. More on this later. The first restaurant at this location was  Hogs and Horses  , then it was  The Outlaw Bar  , then it was  Outlaw Annie's  , and finally it was  Rebel Ranch Bar  which did not have any reviews on Yelp and then it was temporarily closed while waiting on the City of Cave Creek to approve some remodeling plans and apparently the city only approved some of the changes and not all of them and now the place is up for sale again on...
