The historic OLD MARTINA'S HALL for sale in Taos, New Mexico

Image
The OLD MARTINA'S HALL is for  sale in Taos, New Mexico. It is a beautiful adobe restaurant building.  This is the restaurant where actor Dennis Hopper, who was a local resident. would take his fellow actor friends like Peter Fonda, Jack Nicholson, and Janis Joplin to hang out to eat, drink, and dance. Look at this beautiful stage and ballroom. So much nostalgia and history. There are several rooms for dining.  There is also a balcony to dine on above one of the other dining areas.  The bar area is pretty cool as well.  Notice the Vigas in the photo above. Vigas are the wooden beams supporting the weight of the roof in Adobe Architecture. Also notice the curved and stylish  Kiva fireplace in the far right hand corner of the photo.  There is an outside dining area as well with a beautiful view of the backside of the historic local Church.  The lobby or waiting room looks stylish  as well as this room  People often ask why the bright blue paint is used on a lot of Adobe buildings

The Tudor House Restaurant and Entertainment Venue is for sale in Lake Arrowhead California formerly owned by gangster Bugsy Siegel

Image
The Tudor House is for  Sale                       This is a very historic restaurant and hotel. It was initially built and started by the famous mobster "Bugsy" Siegel who is also the founding father of the Las Vegas strip and gambling there. "Bugsy" built "Club Arrowhead of the Pines" as a private gambling club resort, brothel, and distillery. See article here:  History of Club Arrowhead of the Pines   I love an incredible restaurant interior with class and old world charm, and gangster history, and this place has it but reading online it needs some repair and restoration and a new respect for serving excellent food and providing excellent service. The view above is sitting in the far back looking at the stage and the one below is up close.  and if you were a band member, performer, comedian, or celebrity then here is your view from the stage so it's a win-win for everybody. Here are some old photos of how it looked as a casino in the old days.  Ol

Grace Restaurant is for sale in Portland, Maine and would be great if purchased by actress/singers Anna Kendrick and Emma Watson.

Grace Restaurant is for  Sale  and here  sale It is a church that was converted into a super nice restaurant. Here is the main doorway in.  The incredible interior just blows me away.  So cool, like out of a James Bond movie. Even the upper decks on the side look fantastic.  So cool to see a church actually become useful.  They even have special banquet rooms for weddings, concerts, karaoke, and special events.  This would be an amazing place as a dining option.  and it has fantastic appeal and it's fully equipped.  and ready to go.  Beautiful Restaurant! Looking into my crystal ball I see two critical celebrities that need to invest in this restaurant and buy it. The first is actress/singer Anna Kendrick who looks fantastic in a black business suit.  Anna was born and raised in Portland, Maine to be exact, and all people from Maine by birth are natural experts on the consumption of Maine Lobster. When Maine babies are born in a Maine maternity ward they are all outfitted with a

Tolly's Restaurant for sale in Oakland, Oregon

Image
Tolly's Restaurant is for  Sale .  This is the most amazing opportunity to buy a restaurant that would fit right in with the television town of Mayberry from the Andy Griffith show. Tolly's has the old hamburger and malt shop vibe with an amazing staircase leading up to another level to eat.  Angle looking down from the upper level.  This is just half of the restaurant.  The other half is discovered going through the metal barred doorway into the bar/dining room. Close up of the doorway going into the bar.  and here is what this side of the building looks like.  Notice how there is another staircase connecting you to the mezzanine balcony dining area. I love this place.  Close up of the doors to exit or enter.  Now let's look at the balcony dining area.  and another angle of the upstairs dining area.  and one more because I love this restaurant design.  and if covid returns there is outdoor dining potential too. One more photo of the spiral staircase. Really classic.  Here
