The building with its pastel pink color and tile roof makes it look like it belongs in Cuba or Miami, Florida or Argentina, or someplace tropical. Now reading the reviews on Yelp you began to see that women love it and most men hate it. Women love it because it is very instagramable. The interior has a lot of hanging plants and furniture and colors women love while men hate the high prices for the drinks and the tiny food. Let's look at that interior. Will start with the bar and seating area. 

Well to start the ball rolling towards change, the first thing we need to do is get rid of the name Bar Cala. Just hearing that awful name creates "a disturbance in the force" and implies high prices and "tiny food". It makes the consumer hear "Run, Luke, Run!!!" before he gets hit with a giant bill. The new name of the Restaurant should be: SCREAM OF THE BUTTERFLY which was not only a movie featuring the incredibly beautiful and seductive Argentine actress and dancer Nelida Lobato 

but the other cool factoid is that Jim Morrison of THE DOORS used the title in their song "WHEN THE MUSIC'S OVER" once he saw the marquee for the film at the theater. Nelida owns the world record for the nicest derriere to touch down on the beach at Lake Mead. My psychiatrist asked, "The Beach at Lake Mead? How many derriere's  touched down on that?" and I replied, "Since 1965 I don't know, but it's a lot, and Nelida's was numero uno"

Nelida Lobato could enhance the value of a small airplane as viewed here.

and with that gesture, the restaurant will please all demographic groups. That's what a cool latin restaurant should be about. 

The food dishes that need added to the menu is Posta Negra and Choripan and the alcoholic drinks that need to be added should be The Tramp Stamp made of Hideout Peach Vodka, Hideout Orange Vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup topped with Sprite and a cherry gummy. The next drink should be The Mexican Mullet consisting of Smirnoff tamarind vodka, raspberry liquer, lime juice, club soda, and a Tajin Rim. The next drink should be The Tijuana Taint Tickler consisting of Ghost Blanco Spicy Tequila, triple sec, simply syrup, lime juice with Tajin rim. The next drink should be The Doggy Style consisting of Hera the Dog Vodka, Amaretto, orange juice and club soda and to finish the additions The Redneck Margarita consisting of silver tequila, lime juice, mountain dew, with the rim covered in salt. Reflecting on this idea helped me finish my "mindfulness" book "I know why the Butterfly screams" now on sale and it convinced me that diet coke is the brew that is true in the name of Beavis Christ amen. heh, heh, heh, huh, huh, huh..............Bon Apetite!!!
