The former FIREHOUSE BAR & DANCE CLUB is for sale In Lake Havasu, AZ and now should be named GIN & BEAR IT

The former Firehouse Bar and Dance Club is for sale on CREXI here Firehouse Bar & Dance Club for sale and on Loopnet Firehouse Bar & Dance Club for sale. It now looks like a stripped down core and shell in dire need of interior improvement. This building has a fantastic view of Lake Havasu and London Bridge. 

It also has a Fantastic rooftop area outdoor dining, drinking, dancing, and photography could be done.

Now all that is need here is some tables and some shade umbrella's and those mist devices to keep it all cool. Now the idea of this bar is to have customers pose with the restaurant waitresses safely and segregated for trick photography photos on the roof with that beautiful backdrop of the London Bridge and the Lake. Here are some perfect examples of Trick photography. Now the first photo shows the trick and the 2nd photo shows how they did it. Example Photo #1

See how that works. Now let's imagine a flying nun or a flying super model or a flying waitress etc. 

Imagine this photo showing the waitress flying over London Bridge and Lake Havasu or perhaps a levitating waitress. 

See how cool that looks! How about a levitating menu? 

or a waitress capturing a sunset in her hands over the lake.

or maybe a comedic photo where a customer blows the waitresses off his or her hand sort of like this: 

Another idea is a monster attack. I loved this old catalog I still have that has a small desert lizard photographed as if it were attacking people like a giant dinosaur. Love this photo. 

or maybe a waitress juggling various items including a cute dog like this. 

Those are examples. Now the customer pays for the photo but can provide the creative idea, even the costume, as long as it's tasteful and not degrading, disgusting, dangerous, or gross. At the end of the year, the restaurant magazine will be published with all the photos for that year but the best photo gets on the cover and the 2nd best photo gets the back cover. It helps the waitresses get a modeling credit and extra money as well.
Now the cuisine for the restaurant should be quality bar food with burgers, wings, Shish Kebob, and some more photo examples of the food consisting of 24 carat Popcorn chicken with golden flakes below

maybe a beautiful beet salad 

or perhaps some scallops topped with roe

or scrumptious mini

 lobster rolls and of course the Blue Ox Balls consisting of Macaroni and Bleu Cheese.

and of course beer, wine, and whiskey offerings.

This would give you the blueprint about how cool the interior of the former Firehouse Bar and Dance club potentially could be. Now the waitress uniforms should be just a t shirt with the restaurant name Gin and Bear It
