The Oba Restaurant is for sale in Portland, OR Pearl District area and needs to be freshened up a bit on the outside and inside.
I really had to dig deep to figure out what to do with a restaurant named OBA that is like a 10,000 square foot warehouse building with hardly any style to it on the outside that is for sale . The outside entrance of the building looks unassuming to me................. so I would like to change it to an entrance like this: which would peak the curiosity of people making them want to find out what's behind that strange round door. Now OBA had a solid rating on Yelp of 3.8 out of 5 and was in business for 10 years but it became tired so it went out of business. Here is how it looked in one interior dining room which is very nice, but to spruce things up and give it that special romantic "whorehouse luster" that women seem to crave I would copy the interior of this New York, restaurant called LalaLu.
