The Oba Restaurant is for sale in Portland, OR Pearl District area and needs to be freshened up a bit on the outside and inside.

I really had to dig deep to figure out what to do with a restaurant named OBA that is like a 10,000 square foot warehouse building with hardly any style to it on the outside that is for sale. The outside entrance of the building looks unassuming to me.................
so I would like to change it to an entrance like this:
which would peak the curiosity of people making them want to find out what's behind that strange round door.  Now OBA had a solid rating on Yelp of 3.8 out of 5 and was in business for 10 years but it became tired so it went out of business. Here is how it looked in one interior dining room
which is very nice, but to spruce things up and give it that special romantic "whorehouse luster" that women seem to crave I would copy the interior of this New York, restaurant called LalaLu. Behold!:
Now expanding this view. On the left are the private enclosed booths.
which look super cool. Here is an extreme closeup.
Pretty cool and now an expanded photo of the booth wall.
Now notice in the photo directly above another cool feature which is the projected ceiling. In the photo directly above it gives you the feeling you are seeing outside whereas the photo further above you see the ceiling showing geometric shapes so the ceiling view is like ever changing. Now let's look at the other side of the room.
Very classy with a chandelier over every open booth and all tables have that glowing orb light on the table. One guy demonstrated you could balance the globe on the unique fish shaped water pitcher on the table.
Pretty damn cool! Now this is how it looks regularly. Now the pepper shaker is shaped like a pepper and the salt shaker like a flower or brussel sprout.
Now the bar and bar area are just too cool for school. Here's the bar. Notice the visual flames above the bar.
and of course the bar area is just phenomenal.
Now the specialty alcoholic beverages are unique and fit perfectly with the whole "Keep Portland Weird" theme. Lets start with the BOOTYLISCIOUS which is tequila blanco, mezcal, limoncello, pomegranate, basil, and orange in an incredible "Butt Mug" to keep it weird.
Soooo Portland! For excellent pyrotechnics I recommend the FLAMING PICASSO consisting of Rum, mint, pineapple, and ginger.
and women would really enjoy the old Pink Flamingo which is a Dragon Fruit sour with foam.
Notice it is in a Flamingo shaped glass. Now for kicks and giggles they have the Caramella in the human shaped cup consisting of Italian creme soda with whipped vodka and Blueberry.
A drink called a Black Tie Affair consisting of vodka, kahlua, cream, and rose liqueur caviar.
and the Ou La La
and of course an assortment of beer, wine, and whiskeys, etc. Now the food looks cool too. Now I am a big tenderloin steak fan and this tenderloin with black & blue raviola filled with gorgonzola, ricotta, and horseradish sauce looks tasty.
and of course the stuffed lobster looks good
along with the lamb chops
and veal chop parmigiano
and the really eye catching Vulcano which is comprised of Black Tuille, mussels, red shrimp, calamari, sea bass, cheese, whipped tomato conserva, and squid ink bavette. As you can see in the photo a total smoke show.
and the dish known as THE ROSE which consists of Rosie Rose Raviolis stuffed with pecorino romano ricotta, placed on a bed of creamy pistachio pesto sauce.
and of course the flaming pizza
For desserts you have the flaming baked Alaska
and for your birthday the old Roman Candle in the Tiramasu trick.
Now the restaurant LaLaLu is for sale in New York as linked here: Lalalu for sale and here LaLaLu
but I think the interior design would be perfect for the OBA building, maybe modified to meet the square footage. This design was done by https://www.qpkdesign.com/projects/lala-lu-ristorante  Now this is the idea for the Valentine day month of February 2025. OBA in Portland is for sale
