The Barmacy in Superior Arizona needs a new cuisine, a new name "LEBANESE NIGHTS", and an identity.
The Barmacy in Superior Arizona is for SALE.
It has some unique possibilities. It was a bar restaurant that went bust but the restaurant looks good as well as the outside courtyard. The interior looks nice I think with the old west swinging doors and a couple of mannquin cowboys above. The bar and dining area looks very nice hereand here. and this angle looks pretty good too. and one more Now my idea is for this restaurant to be serving Lebanese cuisine because I read that Superior, AZ had an influx of Lebanese residents. Lebanese food is one of the healthiest of all cuisines and it tastes good too. So the menu would be serving the Lebanese national dish Kibbeh which consists of pounding bulgur wheat together with meat into a fine paste and forming it into ovoid shapes, with toasted pine nuts and spices as seen below:The next excellent item is Lebanese style Crispy Fried Chicken Wings as seen below. Lebanese Crispy Fried Chicken Wings recipeThe excellent Chicken Shawarma and Lebanese garlic lemon chicken and Lebanese Seven Spice chicken and regular Middle Eastern Fried Chicken and Lebanese Kafta or Kofta made with Beef, Chicken or Lamb with pita bread. also Kababs with beef, chicken, or lamb and of course Lebanese Spicy Fish with pine nuts and tahini sauce.
there is a Lebanese Flatbread Pizza called Manoushe which is excellent.
and of course the traditional Lebanese salad consisting of Romaine Lettuce, cucumbers, tomato, and onion with a garlicky and lemony vinaigrette.
and Lebanese Tabbouleh Salad offered as well. For dessert, the offering will be the most popular Lebanese aromatic dessert called "Lebanese Nights" in English or Layali Lubnan in Lebanese. This amazing and aromatic dessert called Lebanese nights or Layali Lubnan is a cake made from a rich semolina pudding, topped with a layer of cream, sprinkled with chopped Pistachios and drizzled with a syrup. The new name of the restaurant will use the same name LEBANESE NIGHTS. Now the alcoholic beverages will be Lebanese partially such as ARAK which is a milky white Lebanese wine. Arak is the Lebanese national alcoholic beverage. Regular coke products, coffee, tea, and beer offered of course as well. My only other request is the new owners declare Superior Arizona as the sister city to Beirut. Now the restaurant needs a famous Lebanese actress to promote the place so I picked Reem Khoury I became fascinated with Reem Khoury because she looks like STAR TREK DEEP SPACE NINE Alumni Terry Farrell when she played the Dax character back in 1993. I will now light a candle and make a wish for this Ultimate Restaurant Idea to come to fruition.
