LeRoy's Blue Whale is for sale in Yachats (pronounced YA-HOTS), Oregon known as "THE GEM OF THE OREGON COAST" LeRoys Blue Whale Restaurant for sale in Yachats. and is listed here off and on too LeRoy's Blue Whale in Yachats. This is a perfect restaurant to acquire because it has a terrific location on Hwy 101 so all the traffic has to pass by close to the restaurant. The building seems to be in a better state of repair and seems better maintained then the other restaurants in town. Perhaps it is a younger building. Regardless I have eaten at this restaurant several times and I would equate it equal or slightly better then a PIG AND PANCAKE. Currently the restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it's mission is to be a more affordable restaurant with not only seafood offerings but everything else like burgers, steaks, chicken, fries, eggs, pancakes, waffles, bacon, salads, etc. Let's look inside the restaurant. The restaurant is for sale and Yachats with its scenic 804 trail to walk on makes this an ideal location.
