The Rock Inn owned by actor Paul Koslo is for sale in Lake Hughes California

 

The Rock Inn is listed for sale here and listed for sale here and listed for sale here. This is a very successful restaurant and B&B owned by the Koslo family. Paul Koslo who passed away in 2019 purchased the place in 1975 and it is still in operation and has good reviews on Yelp and Tripadvisor. It is made completely of River Rock. Check out some of these photos of the interior.

Now there are several river rock buildings on site. One is the Bed N Breakfast rooms.

He tells stories that are fascinating beyond belief working with Paul Newman, Charlton Heston, Oliver Reed, Charles Bronson, John Wayne, Gary Busey, Lee Marvin, Slim Pickens, James Caan, Shelley Winters, Clint Eastwood, Robert Duvall, Faye Dunaway, Orson Welles, and many more. He retells some of these in the magazine link I posted. Anyway The Rock Inn is for sale and would be a real historic and successful restaurant to purchase. Rock Inn for sale Happy New Year!

The Crazy Tuna Bar & Grille in Essex, Maryland is for sale and should be purchased and called THE NAUTI MERMAID TIKI BAR & RESTAURANT

The Crazy Tuna is for  Sale  in Essex, Maryland. It is located off Hopkins Creek just off the Middle River.  It looks like it has potential for an amusing East Coast place to drink and dine and take in concerts. I really don't know a whole hell of a lot about Maryland except for the fact as a small child I ate at a fast food restaurant called "Maryland Fried Chicken" and I got a free "Go Fly A Chicken" kite and when I got home and showed it to my mom she said, "Go fly a chicken doesn't make any sense." Regardless, as a kid I enjoyed the kite until I got it caught in a tree and lost it..........Now the  Crazy Tuna Yelp  and  Crazy Tuna Bar & Grille Instagram  have additional photos and reviews.  The photo above shows the large patio area and some of the outdoor seating. Rebel Ranch is for sale in Cave Creek Arizona and should be rebranded as THE BODACIOUS ALLIGATOR "HOME OF THE GATOR GIRLS"

  They say that all the restaurants that have operated out 6705 E. Cave Creek in Cave Creek Arizona are cursed and have gone out of business. After reviewing the reviews on YELP for each restaurant it had nothing to do with a curse and a lot more to do with lousy customer service and lousy food. They use to hold a Sunday rodeo in the arena out back but only one day to draw people in for that probably did not really entice anyone to come on a non rodeo day. The rodeo arena and accessories need scrapped. More on this later. The first restaurant at this location was  Hogs and Horses  , then it was  The Outlaw Bar  , then it was  Outlaw Annie's  , and finally it was  Rebel Ranch Bar  which did not have any reviews on Yelp and then it was temporarily closed while waiting on the City of Cave Creek to approve some remodeling plans and apparently the city only approved some of the changes and not all of them and now the place is up for sale again on...
