Knot There for sale in Ocean City, Maryland should be purchased and renamed THE SEXY PUERCO!

 The restaurant KNOT THERE is for sale in Ocean City, Maryland. That's 21,420 square feet of space which is a lot. There have been a lot of different restaurants here including KY WEST 4.0 rating on yelp TEQUILA FROGS 3.3 rating on yelp, YANGS PALACE no rating on yelp, and CHARLIE CHIANG'S RESTAURANT ASIAN AND CHINESE. 1.5 rating on yelp.

It looks like it has an excellent location and also parking, underground parking it appears, which is nice so your car does not get all hot.

Now I have some photos of the food from each place accept for the two Chinese restaurants which did not have photos of food and KNOT THERE which had no food photos or reviews. Now Ky West had the most attractive seafood photos such as Lobster Pot Pie 

and Fried Green Tomatoes and Crab Napoleon 

and fried oysters 

Now TEQUILA FROGS served black beans which disturbingly looked like the moose and deer droppings I passed hiking on the Bear River trail this morning.

It did not do much for me. Not a lip smacker! Now my idea for the new cuisine for the restaurant should be a rotisserie baby suckling pig 

which is defined by a baby pig less then two months old when it gets slaughtered. It's a very European food and popular over there. In the USA, only around Louisiana cajon country is it popular with the Cochon De Lait Festival Mansura, LA , a town of only 2,200 residents but the festival has drawn crowds of 100,000 which overwhelmed the town so instead of baby pigs they are cooking whole hogs to feed everybody. 

For this restaurant they can just focus on the baby suckling pig. Now the way the pig should be presented to the customer is sort of how they serve a whole lamb at the London England Turkish Restaurant GODA. Imagine a baby rotisserie pig being served this way. Pretty cool! Goda London Roasted Lamb Notice the roman candle fireworks put into the animal. So festive and then for some reason they present a medal to the guest of honor. Now the name of the new restaurant here in Ocean City, Maryland should be The Sexy Puerco! That name alone along with the food and merchandise should make the restaurant legendary. Now let's look at the interior space of the building. Let's look at the bar seating.
