Mama Por Dios Mexican Bistro and Day Club for sale.

 My Dad always said that a restaurant with the word Bistro in it would always be high priced and terrible. As I reflected on that statement and read the Yelp Reviews & Photos I began to see that Dad was a prophet. What we have here is a beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere completely made void by bad food and service. Guess what? I've got a fever and the only prescription is more Sugar skulls. I said more Sugar Skulls! I was looking at the interior of Tipsy Taco in Scarsdale, New York and here Tipsy Taco you can see the importance of more sugar skulls on the ceiling, on the walls, and the employees..... Now that I got that off my chest we shall now turn to the food. They should offer Rum flamed shrimp stuffed plaintains. A Volcano cocktail like this. Let's taco bout it!!! They should offer "fire ice cream" for dessert fire ice cream. Anything involving fireworks! The new name of the restaurant should be Nacho Mama's Lousy Mexican Food. Besides adding a ton of new sugar skulls as previously mentioned, the rest of the interior of the previous restaurant is impressive. Here is one of the bar areas in the restaurant

Plenty of parking as you can see from the aerial photo and 9,000 sqare feet of restaurant. It should work if properly staffed and service and food quality is there. Mama Por Dios Mexican Bistro and Day Club for sale

  They say that all the restaurants that have operated out 6705 E. Cave Creek in Cave Creek Arizona are cursed and have gone out of business. After reviewing the reviews on YELP for each restaurant it had nothing to do with a curse and a lot more to do with lousy customer service and lousy food. They use to hold a Sunday rodeo in the arena out back but only one day to draw people in for that probably did not really entice anyone to come on a non rodeo day. The rodeo arena and accessories need scrapped. More on this later. The first restaurant at this location was  Hogs and Horses  , then it was  The Outlaw Bar  , then it was  Outlaw Annie's  , and finally it was  Rebel Ranch Bar  which did not have any reviews on Yelp and then it was temporarily closed while waiting on the City of Cave Creek to approve some remodeling plans and apparently the city only approved some of the changes and not all of them and now the place is up for sale again on...

The former Firehouse Bar and Dance Club is for sale on CREXI here  Firehouse Bar & Dance Club for sale  and on Loopnet  Firehouse Bar & Dance Club  for sale. It now looks like a stripped down core and shell in dire need of interior improvement. This building has a fantastic view of Lake Havasu and London Bridge.  It also has a Fantastic rooftop area outdoor dining, drinking, dancing, and photography could be done.  and another area of the roof.  and yet another angle below  Now all that is need here is some tables and some shade umbrella's and those mist devices to keep it all cool. It is also listed with CREXI  Bar Cala for sale in Portland, OR The building with its pastel pink color and tile roof makes it look like it belongs in Cuba or Miami, Florida or Argentina, or someplace tropical. Now reading the reviews on Yelp you began to see that women love it and most men hate it. Women love it because it is very instagramable. The interior has a lot of hanging plants and furniture and colors women love while men hate the high prices for the drinks and the tiny food. Let's look at that interior.
