The Ultimate Restaurant Idea

The day breaks, the dawn flees, and I wake up in my man cave at Pinnacle Peak, dressed in my holy white robes, pulling giant bloodsucking ticks out of my beard   and facing the day with a resolve that I have not possessed since the glory days of watching the tv show MANIMAL on NBC....I was ready to do some Jomaxin. What is Jomaxin? It is walking down Jomax Road in Scottsdale with a visionary look on my face....Far below I could see the inhabitants of Scottsdale including the  Snufferites , The   Strangites  , The  Danites , and of course the benevolent  Hooterites  who offered diet coke, chicken wings, and a great double meat burger with a visual flair that complimented my sacred white robes... This 10434 Jomax Road address is a perfect location for my new restaurant idea and it is for  Sale: the old Darcy's location  in Scottsdale, AZ. It is a beautiful property, look at the entrance.  and the old world charm of the dining area her...

The Old Dock Restaurant for sale   in Essex, NY located conveniently on the shore of Lake Ontario.   Looks cool at night also  Not only can the new owner work here but it also has it's own residence where you could live or if you wish your lead chef to always be close to the place you could work out a housing deal for him. The inside looks good too. and with the beautiful lake view the outside looks even more appealing, at least in the summer months.  and at night they sometimes have fireworks over the water.  There is a boat dock and they say a lot of Canadians use their boats and park at the dock and dine at the restaurant.  Watching the boats come in would be fun to watch too as you dine.  The living quarters look comfortable as well and you would have low transportation cost since you live where you work. The Lucky Seven building is for sale in  Scottsdale, AZ  Lucky 7 Barney's Boathouse Mr. Bigg's . The place is either cursed, poorly marketed or perhaps the 3 previous restaurants served awful food, because no restaurant or bar has been successful at this "cursed location".  It's like a block away from where the "real action" happens in Scottsdale. It's right next door to an Attorney's office. My idea for this month is to create a Viking themed restaurant.  Now for the interior of the restaurant I would go with table sets shaped in the Viking ship motif as seen below: This is just "Too Cool for School"would make the diner ease into the Viking theme of the restaurant. The bar would be Viking ship shaped also.  or like this Viking ship bar which looks fantastic and fun also. Now the food is the most important thing and I would actually copy the menu of this Portland, Oregon restaurant called  Viking Soul Food  The Norwegian meatball Lefse ...
