The day breaks, the dawn flees, and I wake up in my man cave at Pinnacle Peak, dressed in my holy white robes, pulling giant bloodsucking ticks out of my beardand facing the day with a resolve that I have not possessed since the glory days of watching the tv show MANIMAL on NBC....I was ready to do some Jomaxin. What is Jomaxin? It is walking down Jomax Road in Scottsdale with a visionary look on my face....Far below I could see the inhabitants of Scottsdale including the Snufferites, The Strangites , The Danites, and of course the benevolent Hooterites who offered diet coke, chicken wings, and a great double meat burger with a visual flair that complimented my sacred white robes...
This 10434 Jomax Road address is a perfect location for my new restaurant idea and it is for Sale: the old Darcy's location in Scottsdale, AZ. It is a beautiful property, look at the entrance.

The menu will have to change. Apparently the Italian food did not appeal and because of this I have received revelation from God that the cuisine should now be Persian. It is very healthy and tastes good at the same time. One main dish will be Koobideh Kebobs:
and another main course will be Fesenjoon because I like Chicken with pomegranate and walnuts.
And the menu will have to include the Persian classic Ghormeh Sabzi
I also want a great and new appetizer snack like Halloumi Fries with fresh fruit.
And this amazing Persian rice dish with Tahdig
and of course for dessert Pomegranate Cheesecake
Did I mention there is outdoor dining as well and you can look up at Pinnacle Peak and almost see my man cave.
Now the restaurant needs a new name so I would call it THE MANTICORE RESTAURANT and the logo of the Manticore
on the sign.

Sometimes a very successful restaurant that seems to have been in business forever eventually closes due to a catastrophic event like Covid-19. This happened to a Phoenix restaurant called Tommy's Place which is for sale now. It served high quality Italian food and most reviews on Yelp were very favorable. It would be crazy to replace it with a restaurant with the same cuisine because it would always be compared to Tommy's. Now Tommy's was a bar and restaurant with balcony seating and it has a lot of character I got inspired for this post looking at this Haunted Themed bar restaurant menu for food and drinks located in Portland, Oregon called Raven's Manor . Grace Restaurant is for Sale and here sale It is a church that was converted into a super nice restaurant. Here is the main doorway in. The incredible interior just blows me away. So cool, like out of a James Bond movie. Even the upper decks on the side look fantastic. So cool to see a church actually become useful. They even have special banquet rooms for weddings, concerts, karaoke, and special events. This would be an amazing place as a dining option. and it has fantastic appeal and it's fully equipped. and ready to go. Beautiful Restaurant! Now for the new idea. Instead of focusing on a ship shaped building or an interior that looks like the ships interior with all the blinking lights, paraphernalia, and photos of solar systems yada, yada, yada, I propose the restaurant be based on one episode of Star Trek: The Gamesters of Triskelion. The new restaurant would be called: THE CHICKEN WINGS AND DANCE CLUB OF TRISKELION.
