The Willamette Queen Sternwheeler is for sale. Willamette Queen for sale What a unique restaurant opportunity this would be. Currently the Queen is used for weddings, special group events, and also lunch and dinner tours on the water. You can also buy a 9 passenger limo and a 16 passenger shuttle to deliver guests in style to the boat.

Here are some ideas to float around on what to do with the Willamette Queen if someone purchases it.

1. Turn it into a Floating Casino and rename the vessel SIR FRANCIS DRAKE CASINO.

2. Make it a floating Thai Food restaurant and rename the ship: THAI-TANIC.

3. Make it a musical venue where bands of all different types, Rock, Country, Jazz, etc can play and have dancing, drinking, and food and call it: THE MAGICAL MUSICAL TOUR.

4. You already have Breastraunts like Hooter's, Ojos Locos, Bone Daddy's, Bombshell's, Show Me's, The Tilted Kilt, Twin Peaks Restaurant., and The Heart Attack Grill, but since this is on a ship I think a new restaurant should be created called: JOLLY ROGER'S with a pirate theme and the girls dressed up in pirate outfits and the women wear a rhinestone in their navel like in the Billy Wilder film "KISS ME STUPID (1964)". The cuisine should consist of healthy seafood and any aquatic creatures that are invasive like the Bull Frog which is invasive to Oregon but their legs are delicious to eat as well as invasive crayfish. No fried pickles allowed. Notice how all those restaurants I mentioned have the fried pickle market cornered and anything coated in batter. Also the meat for burgers, hotdogs, steaks, would come from Bison which is much healthier.

5. The next idea is to make the ship a floating comedy club/restaurant and call it: THE SHIP OF FOOLS. This way new comedian's working their way up can get their chance to practice their routines. Their audience would be captive so it's not like they can jump off the ship and swim home.

    On sort of a related side note, back in March 2022 the sternwheeler docked in Portland, Oregon is for sale for only $30,000.00 but needs a lot of work to restore it to safe working order. Grace Restaurant is for sale in Portland, Maine and would be great if purchased by actress/singers Anna Kendrick and Emma Watson.

  Grace Restaurant is for  Sale  and here  sale It is a church that was converted into a super nice restaurant. Here is the main doorway in.  The incredible interior just blows me away.  So cool, like out of a James Bond movie. Even the upper decks on the side look fantastic.  So cool to see a church actually become useful.  They even have special banquet rooms for weddings, concerts, karaoke, and special events.  This would be an amazing place as a dining option.  and it has fantastic appeal and it's fully equipped.  and ready to go.  Beautiful Restaurant! A New Star Trek themed restaurant that will surpass all before it, which have come and gone, to boldly go where no restaurant has gone before.........

Above is the photo of the now out of business Star Trek Themed restaurant located in Italy, Texas called Starship Pegasus.   Here at this link is a list of Star Trek restaurants that have come and gone like the Dodo.  Star Trek Themed Restaurants . Actually there might be a couple still afloat out there.  Now for the new idea. Instead of focusing on a ship shaped building or an interior that looks like the ships interior with all the blinking lights, paraphernalia,  and photos of solar systems yada, yada, yada, I propose the restaurant be based on one episode of Star Trek: The Gamesters of Triskelion.
