Time to replace the WATERSHED with a restaurant named FROGG STYLE

Beautiful vacant restaurant space for sale in Tempe. Formerly called the WATERSHED. Most food reviews on Yelp and Tripadvisor pretty much said the food and service was lousy and no rotten good but the restaurant interior and lake views were fantastic! 

Now this beauty is for sale 5250-S-Lakeshore-Dr-Tempe-AZ/28141751/ Has lots of outdoor seating as well as you can see from the top photo above. I would rename the restaurant FROGG STYLE to capitalize on the new featured cuisine which would be Frog Legs. Women need to listen up, I am gonna use the "P" word which means Potassium. Frogs legs have it and so does a dessert called Bananas Foster which also satisifies a woman's natural affinity for pyromania.... Frog Legs are delicious and they taste a lot like chicken with just a tinge of briny fish taste. As wikipedia states "Frog legs are rich in protein, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin A, and potassium. They are often said to taste like chicken because of their mild flavor, with a texture most similar to chicken wings. The taste and texture of frog meat is approximately between chicken and fish." I would also serve Japanese style fried chicken cooked with rice flour. I had the best fried chicken I have ever eaten at a restaurant called Noranenko which was owned by Gabe Rosen and Kim Voelez in Portland, they had a very famous restaurant called Biwa also but I don't know if they would surrender the recipe. I would offer fried or blackened catfish, hushpuppies, Lotus root french fries for the health nuts as per this info "Lotus root contains several nutrients, minerals, vitamins, and fibre, which provide numerous health benefits. It aids in weight loss, acid reflux or indigestion, immunity, pile control, and inflammation healing. It also helps with stress management by improving blood circulation and heart health." I've eaten Lotus Root Fries and they are excellent. Just think, french fries that make you lose weight, and of course regular potato french fries for those who are set in their ways. The interior of the place is nice but not pretentious.

I would incorporate a small gift shop selling FROGG STYLE t-shirts, tanks, and hats.

The facilities are fine, the food just has to be improved and the service as well and this could be a very successful restaurant.

Answer: A "roamin" Catholic! and if you think that one stinks wait for it: Two windmalls are standing on a wind farm, one asks "What's your favorite music?" and the other windmill responds, "I'm a big metal fan" and finally to put you out of your misery, "Can February March?"
