The Gray Cliff Lodge in Ogden, Utah is for sale It looks pretty cool and has a great location. 
It is located in a canyon not far from Ogden, Utah officially.

The price is listed at $979,000 but that is probably negotiable since it is being sold "as is". The square footage of the place is 6,504 square feet. The place has a lot of history and character to it and was in business for a very long time. Looks like the place could use some renovation and improvements since the building is so old. Now my idea is for some history loving restaurant investor to buy it, fix it up, then hire the two chefs that own Ruthie's Food Cart out of Portland, OR because they are from Ogden, Utah originally and specialize in "Mormon Cooking". Ogden is mostly Mormon like the rest of Utah  Ruthie's news article and Ruthie's was featured on SOMEBODY FEED PHIL television show Somebody Feed Phil Portland episode season 5. Regardless I hope someone buys the place, renovates it, and makes it a great place to eat again.

The legendary Sundance Saloon is for sale in Parker, Arizona  Sundance Saloon is for sale  for 4 million dollars. It is 18,000 square feet but needs a lot of remodeling & TLC. It's glory days were back in the 70's and 80's I read.  People went to drink, party, and find their significant other or one night stand of their dreams. Did I mention they drank a lot???  There is more then just one bar in the large facility. The Lookout Roadhouse is for sale in Lake Elsinore, California  Lookout Roadhouse for sale  and checkout the youtube video  It is a great restaurant with a view. Anyhow I was telling my psychiatrist about my 5 ideas about a breastaurant. The first being a Mexican food breastaurant called WHORE HAYS, with sort of a Mexican Hee-Haw theme to the waitress outfit. A French one called WHORE D'OEUVRES where the waitresses dress as sexy French Maids. An American cuisine one called SLOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN WHORES with the caricature of "Slow White" as a male character who looks a lot like actor Powers Boothe who played Cash Bailey in the movie EXTREME PREJUDICE, with a huge grin and sunglasses in a white cowboy hat and white Colonel Sanders suit, smoking a giant dog turd of a cigar while ogling some whorish looking waitresses dressed like  named Sleepy Whore, Dopey Whore, Grumpy Whore, Happy Whore, Sneezy Whore, Bashful Whore, Vindictive Whore, and Bible Whore.
