The New Coffin Comic Book Themed Bar and Restaurant idea in Phoenix Arizona.

Sometimes a very successful restaurant that seems to have been in business forever eventually closes
due to a catastrophic event like Covid-19.
This happened to a Phoenix restaurant called Tommy's Place which is for sale now.

It served high quality Italian food and most reviews on Yelp were very favorable.
It would be crazy to replace it with a restaurant with the same cuisine because it would always be compared to Tommy's.
Now Tommy's was a bar and restaurant with balcony seating and it has a lot of character

I got inspired for this post looking at this Haunted Themed bar restaurant menu for food and drinks located in Portland, Oregon called Raven's Manor. The drinks are expensive but the place is packed all the time because the drinks look so cool. One drink called "The Elder God" costs $75.00 by itself but check out this photo of it The Elder God . Now look at these drinks like The Botanist , The Red Rum , The Hellfire , the Christmas drink called Sandy Claws, or the Smoky Bright Yellow Raven's Reserve , the bloody eyeball shot

this glowing green and smoking concoction
this smoking skull drink
and The Black Widow before
and after the bubble bursts with smoke or fog coming out of the Black Widow. So Cool!
The food sounds good too with great names like "Van Helsing Fries" with garlic which will even have the vampires begging for more and a seafood dish called "The Parasitic Mind" which is a Cajun/Italian hybrid of arborio rice with smoked Gouda and Parmesan with crimini mushrooms and crispy Tiger Shrimp. Raven's Manor

Now as wonderful as this theme is, repetition is the death of art as well as copyright infringement so the new owner of the Arizona restaurant should not duplicate Raven's Manor but make it unique to Arizona by having it based on a Arizona Coffin Comic book character LADY DEATH, the Queen of Hell. It is a very popular comic book and they have an annual convention/festival every year in Mesa, Arizona for it.

Now the  Lady Death character is a super heroine who was the daughter of Satan but conquered him and took over as the Queen of Hell. She's very ambitious.

Lady Death also has her confused and disorganized daughter Chaotica, and her other friends in this comic book world including
everybody's dream ex-wife Hellwitch minus the gargoyle wings and sharp horns.
the evil, provocative, and red headed Lady Satanus
the face painting vigilante La Muerta
and the very girl next door demon sorceress Demonika which will earn you a merit badge if you have guts enough to knock on her door and try to sell her a Trump Bible with the sales pitch "They're like brand new, Trump's never read it or even knows what it's about."
and let's not forget the pistol packin Lady Gunfighter with silver conchos galore
and La Muerta's nemesis, the scarlet avenger known as Roja, who would be really fun to sit next too during a hockey game...do I hear wedding bells in my future???? Nope!
The restaurant can still have the bizarre pyrotechnic and colorful smoking alcoholic drinks like Raven's Manor but use the names of course that match up to these comic book characters. If hell really had women like this, there would be no need for a Heaven if either actually existed...Now my idea for the name of the restaurant is Lady Death's Bar and Steakhouse.
The cuisine should be a steak house, serving Hellfire Steaks, Possessed Pork, Demonic Fish, and Omen Chicken. The Demon Salad which includes some Kale which to me signifies a person is demonic and on some unholy health kick and a bit of a sadomasochist, and last but not least Sin Potatoes baked, fried, or mashed. Now the signature dessert should be The English Trifle which is amazing but call it The Wargasm on the menu because that name is based on the comic book. The dessert Trifle is the greatest creation England has delivered to earth since Caroline Munro, Valerie Leon, and Hayley Mills so it truly deserves the name of Wargasm. I would suggest a once a month cosplay night where the drinks are heavily discounted and the female clientele can sport their allegiance to the comic by dressing up as these characters. I mean you search your whole life for a girl next door like the demon sorceress Demonika and she's practically just handed to you....

Now the creator of this comic book franchise, Brian Pulido, will have to also be an owner or part owner of the restaurant due to copyright along with other investors who like this restaurant idea. SWORN!

I thought up this idea after strenuous weight training, slamming down two diet cokes, consuming a healthy salad with two Nathan hot dogs and reading the Raven's Manor and Coffin Comics website......I can hear the cash registers singing with food and drink orders, comic memorabilia, t-shirts, hats, and other goods flying out the door in one capitalistic roar. SWORN!

This concludes this months restaurant idea and if you think some of these characters names are weird then just remember the Bible in the book of Genesis chapter 22:21 where the one guy had two sons named Buz and Huz! Like Ricky Lake said, "Let's not judge" and Bon Apetite for the month of April!
