The Tudor House is for Sale 
                    This is a very historic restaurant and hotel. It was initially built and started by the famous mobster "Bugsy" Siegel who is also the founding father of the Las Vegas strip and gambling there. "Bugsy" built "Club Arrowhead of the Pines" as a private gambling club resort, brothel, and distillery. See article here: History of Club Arrowhead of the Pines I love an incredible restaurant interior with class and old world charm, and gangster history, and this place has it but reading online it needs some repair and restoration and a new respect for serving excellent food and providing excellent service.

and if you were a band member, performer, comedian, or celebrity then here is your view from the stage so it's a win-win for everybody.
Here are some old photos of how it looked as a casino in the old days. Old Black and white. If you click on that link notice the gambling card tables set up in the current restaurant area. The hotel building, currently called Bracken Fern Manor which is a 
                        10 room hotel and each room has its own bathroom but was a brothel back in the "Bugsy Days" and was called "THE CRIB" which I think the new owners should revert the building back to that name. In fact the resort should be called "BUGSY WORLD" Check out a couple of the rooms:

and here. Now this 3rd building could be used for housing of employees. I think I read there are 8 Apartments in it. 
This historical place rich in history and lore can be had for 4.7 million if you have the money. Since a lot of repair is needed you could probably negotiate that price. Tudorville Portfolio for sale I was thinking Taylor Swift should buy this place, fix it up, and perform on stage in sort of like a roaring 20's outfit with supporting musical gangster cast in pinstripe suits, maybe even have Jason Kelce as a gangster if they are still an item. They could learn to ski together at nearby Snow Valley. No matter who buys this place they need to restore and preserve it. History is at stake.

  Sometimes a very successful restaurant that seems to have been in business forever eventually closes due to a catastrophic event like Covid-19. Grace Restaurant is for sale in Portland, Maine and would be great if purchased by actress/singers Anna Kendrick and Emma Watson.

  Grace Restaurant is for  Sale  and here  sale It is a church that was converted into a super nice restaurant. Here is the main doorway in.  The incredible interior just blows me away.  So cool, like out of a James Bond movie. Even the upper decks on the side look fantastic.  So cool to see a church actually become useful.  They even have special banquet rooms for weddings, concerts, karaoke, and special events.  This would be an amazing place as a dining option.  and it has fantastic appeal and it's fully equipped.  and ready to go.  Beautiful Restaurant! Looking into my crystal ball I see two critical celebrities that need to invest in this restaurant and buy it. A New Star Trek themed restaurant that will surpass all before it, which have come and gone, to boldly go where no restaurant has gone before.........

Above is the photo of the now out of business Star Trek Themed restaurant located in Italy, Texas called Starship Pegasus.   Here at this link is a list of Star Trek restaurants that have come and gone like the Dodo.  Star Trek Themed Restaurants . Actually there might be a couple still afloat out there.  Now for the new idea. Instead of focusing on a ship shaped building or an interior that looks like the ships interior with all the blinking lights, paraphernalia,  and photos of solar systems yada, yada, yada, I propose the restaurant be based on one episode of Star Trek: The Gamesters of Triskelion. The new restaurant would be called: THE CHICKEN WINGS AND DANCE CLUB OF TRISKELION.  Here is the photo of the logo along with your Table Thrall (waitress) for the restaurant but replace the spear with her holding a beautiful plate of tantalizing chicken wings.
