The Ultimate Restaurant Idea

  Club Pheasant is for sale for 3.2 million dollars  This is a historic icon that needs to be preserved and also to continue as a restaurant. I fasted and prayed for nearly five minutes before I got hungry and received revelation that actress Brie Larson should buy this restaurant and restore it to glory.  Why??? I will give you these reasons: 1. Brie is a native of Sacramento, she was born here. A locally woman owned business. Perhaps she has even eaten at the restaurant before. 2.   The  Land is for sale where the famous local restaurant Shirley's Tippy Canoe is for sale. The restaurant burned down in 2020 under suspicious circumstances according to this news article: "Suspicious Fire" burns down Shirley's Tippy Canoe . Anyhow the location is just amazing and in a very beautiful spot on the Sandy River in an Emerald Green Forest with small waterfalls spilling down into the river, along the old historic Columbia River Highway. I use to eat at Shirley's Tippy Canoe every week practically on the weekend for breakfast. The blueberry pancakes were the best I've had anywhere and Shirley always gave this same pitch to every customer with "We take 16 eggs and beat the hell out of them for our homemade pancake batter and that is why they are so light and fluffy". The Desert Rose Pizza Gastropub and Steaks is for sale.   Yes folks, another giant 11,250 squarefoot restaurant has gone the way of the Dodo. The reason being is because they were charging a high price for extremely mediocre food. So while you are sitting on your ceramic throne at your house pondering this mystery you can receive revelation by realizing the place was like an Applebee's but with the price two times as expensive. Cafe La Maze is for sale  in National City (near San Diego). It has been in business since 1941. The restaurant first started in Hollywood, CA. Founded by Marcel LaMaze who opened the first Cafe LaMaze on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood but then he was asked by celebrities to open one close to Tijuana, Mexico so when the celebrities went down to gamble at the horse track and during prohibition to drink they could have a place to eat and gamble close by. They convince Lamaze that he could open the restaurant down there and he even had an upstairs office built where the Hollywood Elite could play cards and gamble.  The inside is amazing with the old red leather booths and photos of stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood and the interior reminds me of the new Geico commercial where the guy is grating like 700 pounds of parmesan on the customer's spaghetti.
